Blackhead causes

First of all, you need to know what causes blackheads. In the dermis layer of the skin, there are areas called sebaceous glands. It is connected to the pores. It produces sebum to protect the skin and excretes it through the pores. However, the pores are clogged for some reason, so they cannot be discharged, and they accumulate and turn black through air oxidation. These are blackheads.

Causes of clogging pores

  • Failure to manage moisture (excessive moisture, insufficient moisture)
  • Corneous
  • Waste products such as sweat and fine dust

How to get rid of blackheads

Please note in advance that blackheads should be managed for life. Through proper blackhead management, the number of blackheads should be reduced and the skin environment should be created so that sebum is well discharged.

1. Cleansing Oil

Sebum means skin oil. Oil can be dissolved into the oil. After washing your face, lightly squeeze the cleansing oil in a dry state and gently roll over the nose area with a lot of blackheads for 2-3 minutes. At this time, be gentle so as not to overstimulate. And wash again with the cleansing foam. It is recommended to use it once a week. And it’s a method that all skin types can use.

2. Enzyme Scrub

Here’s how to get rid of blackheads with an enzyme scrub. After cleansing, apply water to the area to be exfoliated. Take an appropriate amount of Enzyme Scrub and gently roll for 2-3 minutes. Enzyme scrub has granules, so massage gently, paying particular attention to irritation management. And wash only with water.

Enzyme scrub twice a week. However, for sensitive skin, seborrheic skin, and red skin, remove blackheads with a cleansing oil rather than an enzyme scrub.

3. Stimulate sedation

irritation-soothing pack

Lastly, after removing blackheads with cleansing oil and enzyme scrub, you must pay attention to soothing irritation. Soothe areas where blackheads are removed, such as the nose, with an irritation-soothing pack containing allantoin. If the stimulation fails to calm down, the meaning of removing blackheads is lost.

Summary

You can proceed with the cleansing oil and enzyme scrub in order, but for irritation management, it is recommended to do it on different days. Of course, you can do only one of the blackhead removal methods.

Blackhead preventive care

Sebum is actively secreted until the age of 30. That is why continuous management is important. You can have clear skin by doing the following two methods.

1. Divide into 4 equal parts!

image divide into 4 equal parts.

How do you usually share cosmetics? Aren’t the nose, forehead, cheeks, and chin divided into 5 equal parts? Now, apply the cosmetic product only to the forehead, cheeks, and chin except the nose, and let it absorb. In the process of absorption, finish on your nose only as much as it gets on your hands.

Use this for all oily ingredients such as lotions, creams, and sunscreen. Sebum may not come out due to excessive moisture.

2. Oil blotting paper

There is a misconception that “When oil blotting paper is used, pores become wider” or “mattifying paper absorbs even skin moisture and becomes crumbly”. First of all, it is wrong to say that pores are enlarged. And to say it absorbs moisture is only partially true. Film oil paper and powder oil paper absorb moisture and cause clogging of pores. However, paper-type oil blotting sheets only absorb oil. It is effective for moisturizing management.

Use at least 2 times a day. If you use cosmetics before going to work, use oil blotting paper before and after lunch and before leaving work. Also, use about 3 to 5 sheets per part at a time. It is not correct to wipe the entire face with just one sheet.

Full summary

  1. Stimulation and soothing are essential after removing blackheads.
  2. Divide into quarters for smooth sebum release
  3. Use paper-type oil blotting paper 2-3 times a day.
